RLS Series Thyristor Drivers

A range of thyristor drivers which accept standard analogue control signals (0-5V, 4-20mA etc.) and provide isolated drive pulses for direct connection to thyristor gates. Intended for the firing of reverse parallel thyristors for AC control, and suitable for thyristors rated up to 1000A and more.

The CU02 load sequencer has been superseded by the LSC2 and LSC2A load sequencers. It is not recommended for new applications but is still available in small quantities for spares / maintenance purposes. The data sheet / manual is available on our downloads page.

A module for monitoring the on-load operation of thyristors for shorts or open circuits. It is used in conjunction with AC thyristor systems which accept a 'logic' (SSR) type input signal.

AMOT 130 Auto / Manual station and over-temperature Controller

This instrument combines the functions of a furnace over-temperature trip and auto/manual station. If the furnace temperature exceeds the setpoint set on the left-hand temperature scale, the red 'alarm' lamp will light, and power to the furnace is removed until the temperature has fallen back within safe limits.
